Description

Amendment 0003: An extension to the solicitation due date has been issued. The submission deadline for the solicitation has been changed from 23 June 2025 at 1400 (2:00pm) JST to 30 June 2025 at 1400 (2:00pm) JST.Amendment 0002: A Site Visit will be held on 11 June 2025 at 1100 (11:00am) Japan Standard Time (JST). Please complete and email (Attachment 10 Site Reservation Form...) to the points of contact outlined in the solicitation by 09 June 2025 at 1400 (2:00pm) JST if your company wishes to attend the site visit. Please ensure you indicate if you will need an escort onto the base. RFIs: If you have any questions, please respond no later than 13 June 2025, 1400 (2:00pm) JST. Proposals must be submitted no later than 23 June 2025, 1400 (2:00pm) JST. Please review amendment via PIEE for more information. Original Post: Repair cracks and spalls on concrete walls, beams, columns, roof, floor slab, and eaves. Repair to stabilize structural columns with jacketing procedure and fill gaps between concrete and wall interfaces. Replace all the plumbing items under the slab, fire suppression system, fire alarm system and jammed doors. Install ceiling tiles and suspension system as determined by the construction planning stage. Apply Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) to canopy beams. Replace electrical and other fixtures to facilitate repair works as needed. Paint areas that are subjected to repair work and restore original appearance. Abate and dispose of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and Lead-Based Paint (LBP). Demolish and dispose of waste materials as appropriate. Sustainable principles, to include life cycle cost-effective practices, will be integrated into the design, development, and construction of the project in accordance with UFC 1-200-02.A Site Visit will be held on Wednesday, 28 May 2025 at 1100 (11:00am) Japan Standard Time (JST).
