Description
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Northwestern Division (NWD) requires A-E Services for Regional Geotechnical Support for Portland District (NWP), Seattle District (NWS), and Walla Walla District (NWW). Services are to be provided under a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Architect and Engineer Selection Procedures (formerly referred to as the Brooks Act). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 541330 for Engineering Services. It is open to all businesses regardless of size. The Government intends to award an anticipated five (5) contracts that will utilize a total capacity of $20M for a five (5) year base period. It is anticipated this MATOC procurement will result in a mixed pool comprised of approximately two (2) Unrestricted (UR) awards and three (3) or more Small Business (SB) awards that will share the $20M capacity. NOTE: This is an A-E Synopsis requesting SF330s before the due date/time. Please see EP 715-1-7 and FAR Part 36 for further guidance on the A-E process.
