**Amendment 0006 is to: A. Extend the proposal due date from 22 May 2026 to 05 June 2026, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), B. Provide Summary of Changes_19May2026, C. Provide Revised Specifications_19May2026, D. The posting of these amendments (0005 and 0006) should align the PIEE/Contractual numbering. This amended solicitation includes six (6) attachments. **Amendment 0005 is to: A. Extend due date from 08 May 2026 to 22 May 2026. B. Provide update to CLIN 0005. C. This Amendment is officially Amendment 0005 in the PIEE system, but contractually will show as Amendment 0004. **Amendment 0004 is to: A. Provide Attachments B/C which were omitted in error from the solicitation posting. B. Incorporate RFO FAR clause 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, into this solicitation by full text. C. Provide Summary of Changes_29Apr2026. D. Provide Revised Specifications_Apr2026. E. Provide Revised Drawings_Apr2026. F. Provide Final Geotechnical Report issued 06Aug2025. G. This Amendment is officially Amendment 0004 in the PIEE system, but contractually will show as Amendment 0003. This amended solicitation includes eight (8) attachments. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. **Amendment 0003 is to: A. Provide clarification related to Proj Net Question 11790129 clarifying font size that 8 point is allowed on graphics: no smaller than 8 points on narratives. B. Provide the site visit sign in. C. This Amendment is officially Amendment 0003 in the PIEE system but contractually will show as Amendment 0002. Amendment 0002 through PIEE was done simply to update attachments and did not require a signature acknowledgment for proposal stage. D. Add Subcontracting Goals that were missing for use on the Subcontracting Plan. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. **Amendment 0002 is to correct the attachments that were added previously as Amendment 0001. Site visit is 9 April 26, not 7 April. **Amendment 0001 is to advise change to site visit date, visitor request submission and clarify period of performance. New construction of a 57,955 SF Missile Munitions Distribution Facility (MMDF) warehouse (including a 4,614 SF canopy on the inbound dock side) and associated administrative support functions. Adjacent to the MMDF is a 568 SF Vehicle Storage Building (VSB) that is used to charge and store forklifts that support the mission. Associated site development including but not limited to earthwork, BMPs, fencing, roadways and hardstand areas that support the loading and unloading of munitions are also included. The project further includes new construction of a Rail Classification Yard (RCY) consisting of approximately 8,000 LF of rail siding and a ?Suspect Track? for monitoring and inspection of compromised rail cars. Adjacent to the RCY is a 327 SF Munitions Operations Management Building (MOMB) that is used by mission personnel to complete administrative duties associated with the classification yard. Associated site development including but not limited to earthwork, culvert extensions, and unpaved roadways and rail beds are also required and incidental related work. This solicitation includes nine (9) attachments.
