REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/ SOURCES SOUGHT This is a sources sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 339112. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. See the statement of work excerpt below; The Nebraska Western Iowa VA HCS is acquiring Stryker Universal Fixation Set for the hospital. The purpose of the project is to provide portable air conditioning units to the Nebraska Western Iowa VA HCS, 4101 Woolworth Ave. Omaha, NE 68105. Performance Specifications Essential/significant physical, functional, or performance characteristics. Salient characteristics are those characteristics that make an item equal to the brand name item we specify. Specifically, salient characteristics are those characteristics of the brand name item that the VA needs.
