Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Myrover-Reese Fellowship Homes, Inc 560 Wilkes Rd, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28306 for the Fayetteville VAMC Homeless Veterans Temporary Rehabilitative Residential Housing service that provides inpatient transitional housing located within a 50-mile radius of VAMC Fayetteville, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 and/or a 25-mile radius of the outlying VA Heath Care Centers(HCC) (as identified by available internet mapping programs). The service includes but is not limited to providing a low-barrier therapeutic and rehabilitative milieu and attendant services to address medical rehabilitation, beds, restroom, bathrooms, kitchen facilities, related furnishings, meals and snacks, hygiene items, first aid supplies, and lockable storage. Market research has determined that these items can only be obtained from a single source without an unacceptable duplication of cost or delay in the continuity of patient care. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the Homeless Veterans Temporary Rehabilitative Residential Housing service may give written notice to Cherisse.Hall@va.gov by 12:00pm EDT on 06/26/2026. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include company name, address, point of contact, phone number, System for Award (SAMs) Unique Entity Id Number (UEI), capabilities statement, and past performance. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
