Description

The United States Secret Service (USSS,) Office of Human Resources (HUM,) seeks to establish a contract to award varied recruiting, marketing, and advertising projects. This contract will provide HUM with the management and professional support services required to meet the USSS national recruitment objectives. HUM requires a full-service recruiting and advertising vendor capable of providing all necessary management, supervision, labor, material, and equipment to plan, design, produce, execute, evaluate, and measure the effectiveness of advertising in support of the U.S. Secret Service.
