6 April 2026 REVISION: The Performance Work Statement has been updated to include Subsection 5.23, and Section 7 Subsection 7.1. See "A5 60211357 PWS 100KW EDG_R2" for revised version. Q&A responses posted to attachments. See "C2 26Q5705 QA Response" This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. PSNS & IMF, located in Bremerton, WA, is requesting a quote from your firm for the item(s) listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Solicitation # N4523A26Q5705 is being issued for lease of (1) 100kW Diesel Generator. Period of Performance: 23 June 2026 - 22 June 2027 All questions concerning this solicitation shall be addressed to Kimberly Neumann at kimberly.e.neumann.civ@us.navy.mil and Amanpreet Johal at amanpreet.s.johal2.civ@us.navy.mil by 9:00 AM.
