Official Amend 4 (UPDATE 5): This Amendment Includes: a. Extension of bid due date and time. b. Clarification for SPRS/CMMC requirements for award. c. By acknowledging the SF 30 for Official Amendments 1-4, you are acknowledging PIEE amendments 1-5. REMINDER-As a reminder, all bids MUST be submitted via the PIEE Solicitation Module //Official Amend 3 (UPDATE 4): a. SOW dated 9 June 2026, b. New bid due date and opening date of 9:00am MDT, 16 June 2026. c. Updated section L; bid due date and removal of Roof Type 2 requirement. d. Contractors MUST acknowledge all amendments via the SF 30s, 1-3.** e. Bid opening has been changed to 10 June 2026, 2:30pm MT.///////AMEND 1- Add clause 52.999-90, Update Attachment 15, Add attachments 16 and 17 (Please note Attachment 17 is not showing on amendment. Will be added officially on next amendment.), remove CLIN 1005-BLD 34 and extend due date as government is pending Q-A completion.// Please review all attachments pertaining to this requirement. Bids MUST be submitted through the PIEE Solicitation module. SITE VISIT Information A has been scheduled for 4 May, 9:00 AM (Mountain Daylight Time) and all parties will meet at the BLD 1284 site visit back side, 7100 Saber Road, F.E. Warren AFB,WY 82005. Attendance at the site visit will be limited to no more than three (3) representatives per company.*All attendees MUST bring their own safety harness. ****Please submit all EAL and BASE EAL information NLT than 27 April 2026, 10:00 AM (Mountain Daylight Time (MDT)).Submit names and SSN to andrea.mccurry@us.af.mil, arthur.makekau@us.af.mil, natalie.martinez.6@us.af.mil AND trisha.lamarr@us.af.mil. Failure to provide the needed information to the people listed above by 27 April, WILL result in your company not being admitted to visiting BLD 1164 and may result in denial of base access. Due to a quick turnaround, those who are not admitted on either EAL, may not know of rejection until day of the site visit. Every attempt to notify those rejected will be made prior to visit, if information is provided to CONS. We will not hold an individual site visit for those who miss the deadline and/or are rejected via a background check.***For those wanting to see all buildings, please provide a copy of each persons drivers license (DL) (FRONT SIDE ONLY), AND social security number (SSN) to the people listed above. If you prefer to send your information via DoD SAFE, a request for a link can be made to the CA, CO and people listed above. Links must be requested in sufficient time to meet the deadline for information requested. Failure to do so will result in not visiting BLD 1164 and possible base access denial.
