Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a comprehensive cellphone agreement to cover all cellular and data requirements for the CDC, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention�s South Africa office, for a base year and two option years for renewal. NO DEVICES. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1449 Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a comprehensive cellphone agreement to cover all cellular and data requirements for the CDC, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention�s South Africa office, for a base year and two option years for renewal.
