Description

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) intends to award a non-competitive purchase order for high-throughput proteomic analysis services using the Olink Explore HT platform. The requirement involves analysis of plasma samples from a non-human primate septic shock model to support research on inflammatory biomarkers and therapeutic response. The contractor shall provide sample processing, assay execution, quality control, and delivery of normalized, analysis-ready datasets. This notice is issued as a Notice of Intent for a non-competitive award; however, interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet the Government�s requirement.
