Contract was awarded under PO# 191BWC26P0052 to American Classic Construction Inc. in the amount of $19,195.00. Determination for Award The award was made based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source-selection methodology. All quotes received were evaluated for technical acceptability in accordance with the solicitation requirements. Among the vendors determined to be technically acceptable, American Classic Contstruction, Inc. submitted the lowest-priced acceptable offer. Therefore, award under PO# 191 BWC26P0052 in the amount of $19,195.00 is determined to be in the best interest of the Government and fully compliant with applicable acquisition regulations under the LPTA selection process.
