Description
COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.201-1, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) found at FAR Part 12, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be made available on the following websites SAM.gov (https://www.sam.gov/) and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Regional Directorate intends to solicit - on behalf of the Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command (CNRFC) - Inveris Training Solutions, Inc (CAGE: 087W6) on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS in accordance with FAR 12.102(a). The instant requirement is to provide for warranty support services to maintenance and/or repair Inveris Training Solutions compact military Fire Arms Training Simulators (FATS) currently supporting collective and judgement training needs for CNRFC. The resultant contract will be issued on a firm-fixed price (FFP) basis and will contain a one (1) year base period (30 September 2026 through 29 September 2027), with two (2) subsequent one-year option periods.
