Amendment A0002 - Questions and Answers Following 12 May Pre-Bid Site Visit Q1) The bid documents state the following units are Out Of Service (OOS) and not included for maintenance needs: 7) Hyd. Pass. Esco/1993 10648 1-N2-24 23) ESC- 48� HDB type Otis/1982 812265 P4-P2-21 25) ESC- 48� J-type Otis/1982 812267 P6-P2-23 A1) Correct, the above units (as the RFQ states) are OOS and there is NO current requirement to have them as a part of this solicitation. Q2) Are equipment related service calls covered under the agreement price during regular business hours 6:30 am- 5:00 pm, Mon-Thu? A2) Reference PWS paragraphs 5.2 and 8.4. Q3) Are equipment related service calls covered under the agreement price outside of regular business hours? A3) No, not currently. Q4) As part of the RFP, do we need to dictate billing rates for service calls or repairs that are not covered under the agreement (external influence, misuse, vandalism, Acts of God, etc�), or non-equipment related service calls? A4) Reference PWS paragraphs 5.1, 5.7.3, and 5.7.5 **************************************************************************************************************** THIS IS A SOLICICATION FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN RFO FAR 12.202(b). 1. Solicitation Number: W9127N26QA066 2. Solicitation Issue Date: 28 April 2026 3. Contract Specialist: Raymie L. Briddell 4. Offer Due Date: 29 May 2026, 3:30 PM, PDT. Each offeror must submit a priced proposal via email to BOTH raymie.l.briddell@usace.army.mil and Darrell.D.Hutchens@usace.army.mil. No hard paper copies will be accepted or evaluated. The priced proposal must be received by the closing date and time set for receipt of quotes. 5: Request for Quote Service Description: This solicitation is for routine monthly elevator & escalator maintenance, minor repairs, emergency egress, and required inspections in compliance with the most recent editions of ASME A 17.1 and A17.2. The base period of performance is from award through 31 DEC 2026, with four (4), twelve (12) month options periods. 6. Questions: All inquiries regarding this solicitation are to be submitted via email to Raymie.L.Briddell@usace.army.mil. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. TIMING OF BIDDER INQUIRIES: Bidders are encouraged to submit their bidder inquiries promptly. The Government will make every effort to answer all bidder inquiries; however, the closer to the solicitation due date an inquiry is received, the less likely it is that a timely response can be provided. 7.
