NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE � KOENIG & BAUER BANKNOTE SOLUTIONS Spare Parts for the Super Orlof Intaglio Press The Treasury Common Services Center, Acquisition Services on behalf of the Office of Currency Manufacturing intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to purchase spare parts for the Super Orlof Intaglio Presses utilizing a Justification and Approval in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. The intended contractor is Koenig & Bauer Banknote Solutions. This procurement is for the purchase of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Spare Parts for the Super Orlof Intaglio Presses used by BEP for currency manufacturing. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information, or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. Capability statement, comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice MUST be received via email ONLY to erica.hemphill@treasury.gov NO LATER THAN 5:00PM, EASTERN STANDARD TIME, 12 JUNE 2026. Additionally, interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation will not be posted.
