Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command- Armament Center (DEVCOM-AC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to award a firm fixed price contract to provide annual software licenses for SmartUQ v.10.1 (or Higher) Licenses, maintenance and support. ACC-NJ intends to issue a sole source solicitation to SmartUQ, LLC., 3545 University Ave, Madison, WI 53705-2140 USA. The effort will include one (1) base year and four (4) additional option years for a total period of performance of five (5) years. The proposed sole source acquisition will utilize the authority under 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.501(a)(1)(ii). See attached redacted Justification and Approval. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The applicable NAICS Code for this is 513210 and the small business size standard is $47M.THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFQ/RFP). Further, this synopsis is not a guarantee a future RFQ/RFP and should not be construed as commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered quotes/proposals and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
