THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. No Solicitation is currently available. All information contained in this Sources Sought Announcement is preliminary, as well as subject to modification, and is in no way binding on the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. The information requested will be used solely within the Department of Veterans Affairs to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the Government. The determination of a procurement strategy, based upon the comments submitted in response to this Sources Sought Announcement, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621340 Offices of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, and Audiologists, the small business size standard is $12.5 million, and has been verified as the correct NAICS code for the requirement, verified through the BLS website at https://www.bls.gov/cew/classifications/industry/industry-titles.htm The correct Product and Service Code (PSC) for the requirement is R428 Support Professional: Industrial Hygienics is verified in the April 2025 PSC Manual. Brief Description This requirement is for a non-Personal Services Contract to provide VASFHCS with ergonomic task assessments and evaluation for VASFHCS employees at six facilities in the local area, including those for any employee who may qualify for reasonable accommodation under the American with Disabilities Act. Period of Performance: 07/15/2026-07/14/2031 base year plus four option years. All interested contractors must respond by email to wayne.geschwindt@va.gov no later than 10:00 A.M. PST on June 3, 2026. Basic Requirement Information Interested vendors are asked to review the draft SOW and provide the following information in their response: 1. What is your company s Socioeconomic Status? (ex: small business, large business, SDVOSB, etc.) a. If SDVOSB or VOSB, are you registered on the Veteran Small Business Certification website? https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ 2. Provide Company s legal name along with DUNS and/or UEI. 3. Capabilities Statement / Narrative 4. List of Projects (Government and Commercial) that are similar in scope and size. 5. Anticipated Teaming Arrangements (if any). If plan on subcontracting, demonstrate that you will meet the limitations on subcontracting per FAR 52.219-14 for Small Businesses; VAAR 852.219-73 and VAAR 852.219-74 for SDVOSB/VOSB. 6. GSA Contract Number. 7. Fill out the price estimate on the attached price schedule. Solicitation number 36C26126Q0763 has been assigned and should be referenced in all correspondence regarding this announcement. The Government will use this information when determining its business type decision.
