Solicitation SPRDL1-26-R-0069 This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE that will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the following item: Noun: Wheel, Solid Rubber Tire NSN: 2530-00-701-3976 Part Number (P/N): 7013976 Total Quantity: 7,112 each (Base Qty 3,556 ea + Option Qty 3,556 ea) Packaging: Military A Inspection/Acceptance: Origin FOB: Origin (complete FS6247, FS7033, FS7202) This solicitation is Full and Open Competition. TDP/SPI: Technical Data and Special Packaging Instructions are available. - This is a Qualified Product List (QPL) Item. Review the TDP for qualified sources. EXPORT CONTROLLED: You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) to be granted access to the technical data package (TDP) for this solicitation. If you are not JCP certified, please visit the Joint Certification Program (JCP) Home page (https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/) to register. Please note: ONLY the Data Custodian, as identified in the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) will be granted approval to download the Technical Data Package (TDP), once it is made available in Contract Opportunities �- No Exceptions. REVERSE AUCTION: The solicitation will contain a provision entitled, �Reverse Auction,� which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com. Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to the Contract Specialist.
