Description

The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) on behalf of the Project Lead Joint Services (PL JS) is seeking information from foreign and domestic sources interested in the design, construction, and commissioning of an efficient and modern facility capable of manufacturing Insensitive Munition Explosive - 104 (IMX-104) as a Government Owned, Contractor Operated (GOCO) facility at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant (HSAAP) in Kingsport, TN or at another facility location within the Continental United States (CONUS). Refer to the Sources Sought Attachment 0001 for more details. Attachment 0002 contains the industry day registration form. Update March 19, 2025 - MIL-DTL-32425 (IMX-104) added to Attachments Update March 31, 2025 - Question and Answer document added to Attachments Update April 1, 2025 - Industry Day has been scheduled for April 29th and 30th at Holston Army Ammunition Plant. On April 29th, registered vendors will be briefed on project requirements, be able to view the areas where the IMX Production Capability are anticipated to take place, and engage in one-on-one meetings with Government personnel (if requested). April 30th will be reserved for additional one-on-one meetings, as necessary. There is no change to the due date for registration on April 11th, if you have already registered for the event, resubmission is not required.
