Description
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUATATIONS. The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to perform Inspection and On-site Repairs of U.S. Army Pier Barge Gangway at Kure and Akizuki Port, Hiroshima, Japan. Anticipated award date is around 1 September 2026 (subject to change). The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform the repairs of the pier barges and gangways at the U.S. Army 10th Support Group (SG) Ammunition Depot Kure Port at Kure Pier 6 and Akizuki Port at Akizuki Ammunition Depot. The contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards and practices, Japan Environmental Governing Standard (JEGS), and the manufacturer�s specifications. Notes: Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan. Offerors must have a Japanese CAGE code.
