Description
***AMENDMENT 0003: Effective 29 June 2026, the Government hereby issues Amendment 0003 to RFOP BREECH LOCK to execute technical updates and extend the proposal submission deadline. Under this amendment, the part number associated with National Stock Number (NSN) 1005-01-629-5684 is updated from 130227998 to 130227998-1, a change that is fully reflected under Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0008, 1008, and 2008 in the BOAST RFOP. Additionally, this action corrects an error in Amendment 0002 to clarify that Part Number 13028648 correlates with NSN 1005-01-629-5643 rather than NSN 1005-01-629-5684. To accommodate these technical adjustments, the Government is formally extending the Proposal Due Date from 29 June 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT to 01 July 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT. As a result of these revisions, all prior versions of the RFOP are hereby rendered void. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. *** ***AMENDMENT 0002: Effective 24 JUNE 2026, the Government has issued Amendment 0002 to RFOP BREECH LOCK to revise a typo on BOAST RFOP and the QA under part number on NSN: 1005-01-629-5684 from Part Number 13926848 to Part Number 13028648. This update is reflected under CLINS 0003,1003, and 2003 in the BOAST RFOP. All previous versions of the RFOP are hereby void. Offerors are required to base their proposals on the amended RFOP document attached to this notice. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. *** ***AMENDMENT 0001: Effective 02 JUNE 2026, the Government has issued Amendment 0001 to RFOP BREECH LOCK to incorporate the QA log and update the part number on NSN: 1005-01-536-5643 from Part Number: 13028639 to Part Number: 13926848. Additionally, Update the part number on NSN: 1005-01-629-5684 from 130227998 to 13027998. All previous versions of the RFOP are hereby void. Offerors are required to base their proposals on the amended RFOP document attached to this notice. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.*** 1.
