PROJECT TITLE: FY26: NRM (PROJ: 548-CSI-139) BB Construction Renovate IR Cath Lab CONTRACT TYPE: Bid Build (BB), Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the following work: Bid-Build project that includes demolition and construction of a new IR Cath-Lab and associated spaces on the second floor of the existing hospital. The proposed renovations are located adjacent to the existing Cardiac Lab 2B-238 and modernizes approximately 2,110 square feet to the minimum requirements of a Hybrid OR space in accordance to the Surgical and Endovascular Services Design Guide. Project is located at the Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL, 33410. Period of performance is 310 days. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000 OFFICE ISSUING THIS REQUEST: Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 Point of Contact: Melissa Everett, Contract Specialist Email: Melissa.Everett@va.gov The Contracting Officer for this project is Stacy Figlinski (Stacy.Figlinski@va.gov) and the Contract Specialist is Melissa Everett.
