Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE This notice is not a request for quotes. The Public Works Division (PWD), Marine Corps Installations EAST (MCIEAST) Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for the delivery of Liquefied Petroleum (LP) Gas (approximately 244,000 gallons) and Tank Monitoring Services. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all tanks and monitors, as well as performing all required maintenance for approximately 225-250 LP Gas tanks and monitors of various sizes ranging from 25 gallon to 30,000-gallon capacities. It is the Government�s intention to issue a single firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 221210. The NAICS Industry Description is Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution through mains. The Government will solicit and award this contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Solicitation will be posted on or about fifteen (15) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities portal located at https://www.sam.gov/. If you are an interested party, please inform the procuring agency of your interest in the upcoming solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor the website for solicitation and any associated amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov/. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current within the SAM website and possess a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code). Interested parties must agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Wide Area Work Flow-Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA). Additionally, contractors must also be registered with Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil.
