Description
The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment, as required, to complete work items on USCGC TAMPA located at US Coast Guard IPF Portsmouth. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 336611 Shipbuilding and Repairing and a small business size standard of 1,300. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price order resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 05/05/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil and Mathew.a.malo@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 17a (include UEI), 23, 24 & 30a, b and c of the SF 1449 are completed along with the pricing schedule and provide a copy of liability insurance before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above, no later than NOON Eastern Time on 05/01/2026. No oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 04/29/2026 at 1000 Eastern Time at USCG IPF Portsmouth located at 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23703. Interested parties must arrange site visits with LCDR Thomas Palmeira (757) 483-8543, Thomas.N.Palmeira@uscg.mil. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification. Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN must also be provided. Visitors with a valid Military ID or RAPIDGate pass will not be required to complete the access form.
