This SSS is to notify companies that the Defense Logistics Agency, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is seeking qualified sources for the acquisition of the following items in support of the CH-47 CHINOOK weapon system.

The Government proposes to acquire on a Single Purchase contract the following parts that are applicable to the CH-47 CHINOOK weapon system. See attached idenitifcation of requirements (IOR). Production Lead Time (PLT) with and without First Article Testing is listed above in Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TINKER AFB, OK, 73145-8000. These items are restricted to: THE BOEING COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 77272 For PN 145D3500-17, The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer this part. For PN 145G0031-1, The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer this part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
