Description
Direct Reporting Portfolio Manager (DRPM) Submarines intends to enter into Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) N00024-26-G-4306 and N00024-26-G-4307 for VIRGINIA, SEAWOLF and OHIO Class shipbuilder specific coded stock parts and material in support of emergent nuclear-powered submarine work. DRPM Submarines intends to place BOA N00024-26-G-4306 with General Dynamics Electric Boat (GDEB), located at 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT 06340-4989, and N00024-26-G-4307 with Huntington Ingalls Incorporated-Newport News Shipbuilding (HII-NNS), located at 4101 Washington Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607-2770, and to issue orders from 1 October 2026 through 30 September 2031. The proposed contract actions, and subsequent BOA Orders, described in this noticed will be executed on a sole-source basis pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), from only one or only from a limited number of responsible sources and no other types of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact GDEB and HII-NNS directly.
