Description
The contractor shall provide construction services in accordance with the Statement of Work for Project Number: 546-23-105 � Create Redundancy Capacity in Chiller Plant System. The primary objective of this project is to provide redundant capacity for the existing chilled and condenser water systems and their associated auxiliary systems. This includes adding a new water-cooled chiller, sized for 1,250 tons, on the second level of the building addition and installing a new two-cell cooling tower on the roof. Additionally, electrical gear supporting the new equipment will be located on the third level, and the fourth level will be the housing for an additional Electrical Generator (to be procured under a separate project). The Contractor shall prepare the site for building operations in accordance with the 100% Design, Narrative, Addendum, and Specifications. This includes demolition and removal of existing structures, furnishing labor and materials, and completing all tasks as per this Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance (POP) Dates: 1095 Calendar Days from the notice to proceed (NTP). PRINCIPAL NAICS CODE: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
