Invitation for Bids (IFB) 2-1-QSC-T-26-050 DEMIL A Scrap Paper, Baled White Ledger, Mixed Paper, and Old Corrugated Cardboard NASA Langley Research Center � Hampton, VA The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the sale and recurring removal of Government-generated recyclable paper commodities located at NASA Langley Research Center. This solicitation establishes a term contract for the sale of scrap property, with removal required as a condition of sale. The successful bidder shall remove material on a recurring, as-needed basis in coordination with the Agency Government Representative (AGR), and in accordance with all site-specific operational, security, and safety requirements. OVERVIEW Commodity: DEMIL A Scrap Paper (White Ledger, Mixed Paper, OCC) Location: NASA Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA Contract Type: Term Contract (3-year base with up to two 1-year options) Estimated Volume: White Paper: ~10 tons annually Mixed Paper: ~20 tons annually Cardboard (OCC): ~32 tons annually Disposal Requirement: Material must be recycled for material content only SOLICITATION ACCESS This solicitation is available for review and bidding on SAM.gov and GSA Auctions.
