Description
3/2/2026 Amendment 4 hereby: -Issues Amendment 1 to RFP FA875126R0004 -Issues Attachment 9 Sections L&M of the RFP. Due to contract writing system issues sections L&M have been moved to an attachment -Updates Attachment 6 PPQ to 2 March. Previous version has been deleted -Provides Q&A document No. 2 dated 2 March 2/24/2026 Amendment 3 hereby includes the following documents in the attachments section: -Updated proposal template dated 13 February 2026. Previous version has been deleted -Updated PWS dated 23 February 2026. This replaces the 10 December 2025 version which has been deleted. Changes are in RED font -Questions & Answers document dated 24 February 2026 -Wage Determination 2015-4163 Rev 31 for Madision County for Stockbridge, NY work 2/20/2026 Amendment 2 hereby extends the solicitation by 2 weeks to 13 March 2026. An RFP amendment including clause changes and Q&A's are forthcoming. 1/26/2026 Amendment 1 hereby replaces the PWS and PPQ attachments due to accessability issues. The origianl PWS and PPQ attachments have been deleted and replaced with an unrestricted version. This requirement is for Site Support services to be performed at the Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate (AFRL/RI) at the Rome Research Site (RRS), Rome NY and associated test Sites at Newport and Stockbridge NY. The Contractor shall provide all equipment and personnel necessary to perform the following functions: Test Site Management, Technical Library, Mailroom, Equipment Management, and Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM). The anticipated period of performance is one (1) base year with four (4) option years with a start date of 1 June 2026.
