Description
4/15/2026: The response date for the combined synopsis / solicitation 70B03C26Q00000088 has been extended. Interested parties are now required to submit their responses by April 23, 2026, 2:00PM ET. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. This solicitation number is 70B03C26Q00000088. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The acquisition is set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 112920 � Horse and Other Equine Production. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for Horse Boarding Services. The anticipated contract will be issued for a base period of one year and four (4), one-year option periods.
