Please confirm the official quotation deadline. The quotation deadline is 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time / 5:00 Eastern Time The Questions section states questions are due Tuesday, July 7, 2025. Please confirm whether this should read July 7, 2026. 2026 The solicitation references 95-gallon locking bins, while the statement of work references 96-gallon shredding bins. Please confirm the required bin size. Bin size between or approximately 95-96 gallon is okay. Proposal should state bin size being offered. Please confirm whether this RFQ is limited to GSA Federal Supply Schedule holders only, and whether offerors without a current GSA Schedule may participate through a teaming or subcontracting arrangement. This requirement is for GSA holders, partnering / subcontracting with a GSA holder is encouraged. Please confirm whether pricing should be submitted as a single quarterly service covering both FEMA Region 10 locations, or whether pricing should be broken out by site. One price that includes both locations is preferable.
