(ABOA): 16,817 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 43 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 43 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 43 Full Term: 17 yr Firm Term: 15 yr Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Located on the second floor of the building or above. Office space must be contiguous, self-contained, public may not access space without authorized entry at reception area door. Cannot be located in the same building with any law enforcement agency or the Office of the US Attorney, USMS, US Probation Office, Pretrial Services Office, Bureau of Prisons. Building must have the potential to bring in fiber optic cabling if multi-mode system not already in place Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
