Proposal due date is extended to 05/15/2026. Solicitation dated 4/3/2026: Please download Solicitation 36C24826R0088 and Attachment D.2 Wage Rates Tampa Counties. Posted under this notice. Pre-solicitation Notice dated 3/19/2026: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 8 Contracting Team, intends to issue a solicitation for Home Oxygen Services in support of the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Services will cover Hillsborough, Pasco, and Polk counties; however, this listing does not preclude the possibility of additional surrounding counties if required by the Government. The resulting requirement will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract issued as a 100% SDVOSB Set Aside. The awarded contractor will be responsible for delivery, setup, installation, maintenance, pickup, and management of home oxygen equipment for eligible Veterans served through the Home Respiratory Care Program (HRCP), 5910 E Breckenridge Park, Tampa, FL 33610. The anticipated contract will consist of one (1) twelve month base period and four (4) twelve month option periods, with optional 6 months extension. The solicitation will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect under Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025 04, dated June 11, 2025. No hard copies will be issued. Interested offerors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for updates, amendments, or changes. To be eligible for award, offerors must be actively registered in SAM (https://sam.gov) and must be listed as a certified SDVOSB in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov at the time of offer and at the time of award.
