Description
Army Contracting Command-Detroit (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) W912CH-26-R-A051 for the Product Manager (PdM) Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS) Family of Vehicle (FoV), the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Carrier, and all derivates of those vehicles for Field Support Services. This procurement will be restricted to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, LP (BAE) under the FAR authority 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. BAE is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the BFVS FOV and MLRS Carrier and all derivatives thereof. The Technical Data Package is source controlled by BAE and is non-competitive. This action will be for a total of 411,110 completion and level of effort hours available to the Government to exercise as option(s). Field support services are identified as Field Service Representatives (FSR), Vehicle Maintenance/Repair, De-processing, Total Package Fielding (TPF), New and Displaced Equipment Training (NET/DET), Modification Work Orders (MWO) installations, and Program Management support. This requirement is sole source to BAE but may include subcontracting opportunities; please contact BAE Systems. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Estimated release date for the solicitation is on or about 17 July 2026.
