Description
Solicitation No. W911YU26QA007 - 94th CST Guam and CNMI All Hazards Exercise Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911YU-26-Q-A007. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ.) All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to the Guam Army National Guard United States Property and Finance Office (USPFO) Purchasing and Contracting Office at ng.gu.guarng.list.uspfo-purchasing-and-contracting@army.mil. All questions (RFIs) are due Friday, 10 April 2026 by 1:00 PM ChST. The Government is not obligated to provide responses to questions submitted by Offerors. Quotations shall be submitted prior to the closing date and time of Monday, 20 April 2026 at 1:00 PM ChST. All quotations will be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). NOTE: REFER TO INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS DUE DATE FOUND ON THE SF 1449.
