Description

Perform field investigative services, including underground and video scanning, of all surrounding utility lines and piping associated with the grease trap, including inlet piping from kitchen to outlet piping to sanitary system. Determine integrity of piping, whether complete removal and replacement of existing piping is required or an alternate solution such as pipe jetting and lining. Complete removal and replacement of piping shall require additional engineering services, such as civil and structural engineering. Design a new grease entrapment system for the Building 2 kitchen. Entrapment system shall provide similar or increased grease capacity. Design phasing. Temporary grease entrapment system for the duration of the construction project. A Traffic control plan. Demolition and construction plan, including removal of manhole and associated concrete, trenching and shoring work.
