Description
PROJECT TITLE: Design Build (DB) Remove and Replace Nurse Call System, Project No. 548-26-104 CONTRACT TYPE: Design Build (DB), Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the following work: Design Build a life safety public address system for the WPB VAMC. Project to include a comprehensive survey of the existing facility PA system and design a new system that is all inclusive and complies with VA Design Guidance in the Technical Information Library. Project will be required to remove and replace existing nurse call system with a new digital Networked nurse call System. Project will be required to remove and replace all components of the nurse call System including but not limited to the headend amplifier system, speakers, components, conductors, conduit, etc. located throughout the facilities. Project is located at the Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 Period of performance is 365 days. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 OFFICE ISSUING THIS REQUEST: Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 Point of Contact: Stacy Figlinski, Contracting Officer Email: Stacy.Figlinski@va.gov The Solicitation for this project will be issued on or about April 21, 2026.
