Description
AMENDMENT 0002 - Upload RFI answers. Updated closing date to 5 June 2026 at 1300 AKDT. New combo uploaded shows new due date at the bottom. AMENDMENT 0001 - Update Combo attachment and Attachment 4, identified with "Amendment 0001" at the end of the file name. Please see combo attachment for additional details. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 27 May 2026 at 0700 Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT). Offerors are encouraged to attend. The meeting point will be at the Boniface Gate Visitor Center at JBER, AK 99506. The site visit will cover various locations as depicted in Appendix A of the PWS. Attendees are urged to arrive at the gate no later than (NLT) 0650, with a departure to the sites of NLT 0700. If planning to attend, Offerors shall e-mail the following information to Ruth Elias-Hernandez at ruth.elias_hernandez@us.af.mil and Brendan DeLane at brendan.delane.1@us.af.mil NLT 22 May 26 at 1500 AKDT. 1. The name(s) of the individual(s) attending 2. The following information for each attendee: First and last name, middle initial, date of birth, and license (or other state-issued ID) number. 3. The make, model, and license plate of the vehicle Important Notes: � A government representative will be available to sponsor interested firms on base at a set time (this information will be provided upon site visit confirmation) � Contractors must use the Boniface Gate Visitor Center to access the installation. � On the date of the site visit, attendees shall present a valid driver�s license (or other state-issued identification), vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance.
