Description
Request for Proposal (RFP) for Superfund Analytical Methods (SFAM): Contract Laboratory Program (CLP) utilizing FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation procedures, as supplemented with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The CLP�s Superfund Analytical Methods (SFAM) Statement of Work (SOW) established a flexible framework for delivering high-quality organic and inorganic analytical services to support the EPA�s remediation cleanup efforts. The SFAM02.1 SOW is designed to streamline operations, reduce reporting efforts, and align with industry�s best laboratory practices. The SFAM02.1 SOW includes: � Comprehensive analytical suite of Superfund target analytes, including Volatiles, Semivolatiles, Pesticides, Aroclors, Metals (including Mercury), and Cyanide in multiple matrices (water, soil/sediment, and waste). � Harmonized methods to EPA SW-846 and EPA�s published methods to align with industry practices. � Simplified and flexible Complete Sample Delivery Group (SDG) File (CSF) data package reporting. � Reduced and flexible Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD) reporting: � Staged Electronic Data Deliverable (SEDD) Stage 2a, or � Text file format (XFile) � Streamlined MDL Compliance: Full alignment of Method Detection Limit (MDL) studies to 40 CFR Part 136, Appendix B (Revision 2). Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to add FAR 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (APR 2026) in accordance with Executive Order 14398 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, and correct the due date for submission of proposals that was erroneously revised under Amendment 0001.
