Description
The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to: 1) Extend the proposal due date from 28 MAY 2026 to 04 JUN 2026 and the RFI deadline from 14 MAY 2026 to 21 MAY 2026; 2) Amend the bid schedule; 3) Insert RFO FAR clause 52.240-93 to Section 00 45 00; 4) Remove FAR 52.223-2 from Section 00 72 00; 5) Revise Section 01 32 33, subpart 1.4.4 and 1.4.6; and 6) Respond to RFIs. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Y1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Nairi Freeman, nairi.freeman@usace.army.mil Estimated Cost Range is between $10,000,000 - $25,000,000.JOB DESCRIPTION: PROJECT TITLE: OAKLAND INNER AND OUTER HARBOR FY26 MAINTENANCE DREDGING PROJECT LOCATION: OAKLAND, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CA. The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Oakland Inner and Outer harbor channel to -50-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification Section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULE and 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. All material is suitable and shall be taken for disposal at Montezuma Wetlands. This requirement is for FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. ALL Proposals will be due on 28 MAY 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. OFFERORS ARE ADVISED THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. The only plan holders/offerors list is available via Sam.gov. In order to view or add to the list, you will need to be registered and sign into SAM.gov.
