Description
DESCRIPTION � The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project for planning purposes only. The New Hampshire National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Responses to this notice are NOT considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified Small Business (SB) concerns capable of performing the requirements described below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236210 - Industrial Building Constructionm with a Small Business Administration size standard of $45.0M. The magnitude of this project, in accordance with FAR 36.204(c), is between $25,000 and $100,000. Specifically, the 157th ARW of the New Hampshire Air National Guard is researching the repair of interior finishes inside building 145. The part of the facility requiring repair consists of office space. The in-scope area is a single-story office facility. The facility will need to remain partially operational during the scope of the repair and construction. Please see attached specifications for the full project scope. Specifically this work will include The renovation project involves a comprehensive interior update, including the repair or replacement of approximately 900 square feet of drywall and the application of paint across 1,250 square feet of wall surface. Additionally, 400 square feet of wall cavity insulation will be installed. The project also encompasses flooring and overhead improvements, specifically the installation of 600 square feet of new carpet, 600 square feet of ceiling tiles, and repairs to 300 square feet of the existing ceiling grid. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 4:00 PM (EST) on 22 May 2026. Submissions are restricted to ten (10) single-sided pages maximum, and must include: (1) A positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor; (2) A completed and signed Sources Sought Response Form (attached below); (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three (3) years, which may include both Government and/or private industry projects, detailing the type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and a point of contact for each, while also indicating if you were the prime or a subcontractor (if a subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor); (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract; and (5) A letter from your surety detailing your maximum bonding capacity per project. In the event adequate small business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
