Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product/service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued, which can be found on www.sam.gov. The solicitation number is 140G0126Q0175 and is issued as an RFQ. The US Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for the operation of a NADP/NTN wet atmospheric monitoring station. Operation requires weekly site visits to the site to collect process and ship the precipitation sample, collect, process and transmit associated data with the site including the precipitation gage record and perform routine instrument checks, maintenance and repairs as needed. All vendors who can meet this requirement and are registered in the System for Award Management are invited to submit electronic quotes for this posted RFQ. All questions shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer, Brian Baker, at bfbaker@usgs.gov no later than 1:00 PM EST, Friday, June 12, 2026. Quotation packages are due via email to the Contracting Officer, Brian Baker, at bfbaker@usgs.gov no later than 1:00 PM EST, Friday, June 19, 2026.
