SUBJECT: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District Industry Day Notification for the Relocation of the District of Columbia National Guard (DCNG) Program The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District invites industry representatives to an Industry Day for the Relocation of the District of Columbia National Guard (DCNG) program being held at the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) site. This event will offer a comprehensive overview of this vital program and a forum for engaging with industry experts to gather and share information. *Participation in this Industry Day does not constitute a commitment by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to award a contract, nor does it provide any advantage in the competitive procurement process. *Due to the capacity of the location, we will be limiting attendees to two (2) persons per firm. Firms that are planning to attend should register as early as possible. *Registration surveys must be submitted NLT 08 July at 1600 EDT.* Event Information: Date: 14-15 July 2026 Time: 0900 (Check-in begins at 0815) Locations: General Session: AFRH Stanley Chapel / Room 308 3700 North Capitol St NW, Washington, DC 20011 One-on-One Interview Sessions: AFRH Building 14 Location provided at General Session Parking: Enter through Eagle Gate (Robert Smith Visitor Center: 140 Rock Creek Church Rd NW, Washington, DC 20011) and meet in Parking Lot #2 by the Chapel. Reference the attached site map. Registration Form To register for the event, please complete the registration survey using the Microsoft Forms link below. All interested parties are encouraged to respond, even if not attending. Registration Survey: https://forms.osi.apps.mil/r/SkzbburX6W A limited number of individual breakout sessions with Government representatives will be available to discuss program-specific questions. Due to time constraints, priority for these sessions will be given to firms interested in serving as the prime contractor with a single project bonding capacity of $50,000,000. The one-on-one sessions are assigned on a "first come, first serve" basis. Registration surveys must be submitted NLT 08 July at 1600 EDT. Schedule Day 1: Registration, General Session and One-on-One Interview Sessions 08:15: Registration 09:00: General Session (Introductions, Senior Leader Remarks, Project Overview, Q&A) 11:30: One-on-One Interview Session 1 (Bldg 14) 12:15: Lunch Break 13:00: One-on-One Interview Session 2 (Bldg 14) 14:00: One-on-One Interview Session 3 (Bldg 14) 15:00: Day 1 Concludes Day 2: One-on-One Interviews 09:00: One-on-One Interview Session 4 (Bldg 14) 10:00: One-on-One Interview Session 5 (Bldg 14) 11:00: One-on-One Interview Session 6 (Bldg 14) 12:00: Lunch Break 13:00: One-on-One Interview Session 7 (Bldg 14) 14:00: One-on-One Interview Session 8 (Bldg 14) 15:00: Event Concludes Site Walk: Attendees of the site walk are responsible for their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). i.e. hardhats, closed toed shoes/steel toe boots, high-visibility vests, flashlight and eye protection USACE will provide shoe covers and masks. Due to the current state of some sites, a waiver will be required to be signed before access is permitted. Waiver will be provided on-site.
