N66001-26-Q-6014 - Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to THE CHARLES STARK DRAPER LABORATORYThe Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Draper. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:Item 0001:LAB SUPPORTSUPPORT: TECHICAL SUPPORT AND CONSULTATION SERVICES, WHICH CAN BE USEDFOR INITIAL LAB SETUP RECOMMENDATIONS, TROUBLESHOOTING, ADVANCEDFEATURED TRAINING, OR OTHER PROJECT-SPECIFIC ADVICE.Manufacturer: DraperQTY: LOTThe above items include Draper?s commercially available lab support. Draper is the only capable source who can provide the required products/services.A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 and the business size standard is $25.5 Million.
