Description
The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Consolidated Rigging & Marine Supply Company, Inc. for the procurement of Flight Deck Nets. Consolidated Rigging & Marine Supply Company, Inc, cage: 9U689, UEID: LHF8JEX7FJC5 is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and the only authorized provider of parts and services related to the Flight Deck Nets installed on LCS class ships. The required Flight Deck Nets are proprietary to Consolidated Rigging & Marine Supply Company, no third-party companies are authorized or certified to distribute or service equipment manufactured by Consolidated Rigging & Marine Supply Company. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code that these items fall under is 332618, with a size standard of 500 employees. The product service code (PSC) is 4020. The notice of intent is for information purposes only. This notice does not constitute a request for a proposal, request for quote or an invitation to bid. All sources eligible to provide the requirement must respond in writing.
