Description
Request for Quote (RFQ) Fitness Center Lockers (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Simplified Acquisition Procedures (RFO 12) will be used for this requirement. (ii) Solicitation Number: F1S3AU6111A001**Please provide the full solicitation number on all packages** This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, DFARS Publication notice (DPN), DPN 20260507 and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS, DAFFARS 20241016. (iv) THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE: Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 337215 with a size standard of 500 employees. (v) CLIN Nomenclature: 34 Plastic locker-double tier-3 wide-73" high-18" Deep Blue-Assembled 11 Plastic locker-double tier-1 wide-73" high- 18" Deep blue- assembled 11 Wood locker bench-36 inches- light finish-bolt mounted 2 Wood locker bench-48 inches-light finish-bolt mounted 2 Wood locker bench-60 inches-light finish-bolt mounted 7 Wood locker bench-84 inches-light finish-bolt mounted, In addition, this will include coordination of delivery, unloading and loading, installation, and cleanup/site restoration. All materials shall be new and shall not be used or refurbished. See SOW for further information. (vi) Description of supplies to be acquired: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), CA has a requirement for fitness Center Lockers. (vii) Estimated period of performance: 60 days ARO (viii) The provision at RFO 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. ADDENDUM to 52.212-2, Evaluation � Commercial Items (Oct 2014). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Any resulting contract of this RFQ will be awarded as Firm Fixed-Price. Quotes will be evaluated to determine best value. Price, features of the supply, delivery terms, and warranty terms are all factors to be considered when determining best value. A written notice of award, or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer�s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer, or part of an offer, whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. One award will be made under this solicitation. Awards will be conducted under the provisions of RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Submit only written offers via e-mail; oral offers will not be accepted. All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
