Solicitation Number W15QKN-26-R-A057 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Boiler 4 Stack and Cover in Boston, MA (MA004) (Barnes Complex).This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. NAICS Code: 236220? Product Service Code (PSC): Z1AA5.101(c)(4) Description.(i) This contract action is for Boiler 4 Stack and Cover to be performed in Boston, MA (MA004) (Barnes Complex). The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to review the webpage for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. (ii) Reference Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-2, Addendum to Evaluation ? Commercial Product and Commercial Services, within the solicitation for evaluation criteria. Award will be made in accordance with procedures at FAR 12.204, Award. The anticipated award date is by the beginning date of the Period of Performance as stated within the solicitation, or within the 120 calendar days from the receipt of offers.
