Description
Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. This solicitation is set-aside for 100% SDVOSBs/VOSBs. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511: Custom Computer Programing Services, with a small business size standard of $34.0 million. The FSC/PSC is Q601: Medical Coding and Auditing. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 1- New England is seeking to purchase Medical Coding Services for the Northampton VA Medical Center as a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a base year and four (4) option years. The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend the solicitation deadline until 05/29/2026 at 9:00 EST. The program office is still working on answering questions requested by prospective vendors. This solicitation will remain open and be amended as many times as necessary until the program office can complete its Q&A document(s).
