1. Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO 12.202(b). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the required items. This solicitation is conducted using simplified procedures under RFO 12.201-1, and the Government reserves the right to award multiple contracts if deemed in its best interest. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS Code is 332994 (Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. 2. The Government desires delivery within 45 days, but will evaluate proposed delivery schedules as part of the award decision. FOB Terms: FOB Destination. The Contractor is responsible for all shipping, freight forwarding, and customs clearance into Mexico. NOTE: The provided delivery address is an approximation for quoting and shipping calculation purposes. The final delivery location will be provided upon award but is guaranteed to be within a 10-mile radius of the stated location. Offerors shall formulate their FFP shipping costs based on this assumption. 3. Brand Name Justification This is a brand name only requirement. Range Systems bullet traps are essential for ensuring safety, lead management, noise control, and long-term cost-effectiveness in high-volume shooting environments. Market research confirms that these products are uniquely suited to meet the Government�s requirements due to their AR500 steel durability, lead recovery system, noise reduction, and fire risk reduction features. 4.
