Description
Amendment #2 - Issuing Revised PWS Amendment #1 - Extending the RFQ closing date and time. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N0060426Q4034 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Airfield Operation and Other Logistical Services at Wake Island in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS) herein. This solicitation is being issued as an unrestricted, sole source to ASRC Communications, LTD (ASRC) ASRCC, redacted Sole Source Justification and Approval (J&A) is attached. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) quotes for the following CTF 72 Airfield Operations and Other Logistical Services on Wake Island. CLIN 0001: Wake Island Airfield Operations and Other Logistical Services QTY: 2 U/I: GRP (1 GRP = 60-day period) Attachments: Attachment 1: CTF 72 Wake Island PWS Attachment 2: FAR Provisions and Clauses Attachment 3: WD 2015-5693 Rev. 27 Attachment 4: Pricing Exhibit Attachment 5: Redacted J and A Period of performance: Up to two 60-day periods of performance, estimated between 15JUN2026 and ending 30NOV2026 with no more than 120 support days total. EVALUATION: Procedures in FAR Subpart 12.203 are applicable to this procurement. The submission of a quote will be determined as an affirmative statement that the quoter has the ability to perform and takes no exception to the PWS. Evaluation will be based on technical (capability of the products or services offered to meet the agency�s needs), price, and past performance. QUESTIONS DUE: 1:00 PM HST (Hawaii Standard Time) on Thursday, 21 May 2026. Questions shall be submitted electronically to erin.r.chapman1.civ@us.navy.mil. Oral queries will not be accepted. Emails sent to this address shall clearly reference the RFQ N0060426Q4034 in the subject line. Other methods of submitting questions will not be acknowledged or addressed. Questions submitted after the due date and time may not be accepted. Since the submittal of questions may result in amendments to the RFQ, it is imperative that questions be submitted as soon as possible. RFQ CLOSE: 3:00 PM HST on Tuesday, 2 June 2026. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to erin.r.chapman1.civ@us.navy.mil and Troy.r.wong2.civ@us.navy.mil. Oral communication will not be accepted in response to this notice. Emails sent to this address shall clearly reference the RFQ N0060426Q4034 in the subject line. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
