Description
This contract provides U.S. Embassy Riga with mobile voice, SMS, and data services, including international roaming, for approximately 150-185 Embassy-issued lines. Services support both physical SIM and eSIM technologies in Latvia, the United States, the European Economic Area (EEA), and globally.
